Promethazine is used to treat problems affecting the inner ear and balance, such as dizziness and sickness. Travel sickness is caused by repeated unusual movements during travelling. It works by blocking a certain natural substance that your body makes during an allergic reaction. Its other effects may work by affecting other natural substances and by acting directly on certain parts of the brain.

How to use the product:
Avomine tablets can be chewed, sucked or swallowed whole. If you find this medicine upsets your stomach, taking it with or after food may help. Do not take more than the recommended dose.
